Trick or Treat?

I'm happy to say that I successfully made it through the weekend and Halloween without faltering on my elimination diet! With cane sugar being on my list of moderately reactive foods and having a major sweet tooth, it wasn't easy and took a lot of willpower and encouragement. I successfully avoided the cake and ice cream from my youngest daughter's birthday party as well as the Halloween candy, even with the Reese’s calling my name! Here's a recipe that helped me get through the birthday and Halloween festivities.
